RETURN POLICY 

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of the date you received your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, or used in any manner.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original undamaged pursecase box, with no sign of wear.
  • All REDUCED PRICED ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
  • We only accept returns for items purchased through our website.

 

How to make a return:

(We do not provide a return label for returns so please pick your own shipping method) 

  1. Email customerservice@pursecase.com to specify the item you would like to return.
  2. Include a copy of the completed RETURN FORM in the package. (return form below)
  3. Drop off package at the appropriate shipping carrier.

 

International returns:

We cannot provide a return label for international shipping. Please use your own shipping method.

We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once your package is received at pursecase, the merchandise will be quality inspected. From there we will refund you. 

If your return item does not pass quality expectations a full refund is not guaranteed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange policy at this time. If you have placed an order and you want to switch it for a different colors or size please return the item and place a new order. Please follow the return policy above.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have checked your bank account and haven't received your refund within 10 days of mailing the return, please contact customerservice@pursecase.com and we can assist you further.

DELIVERY INFO

pursecase needs 1-2 business days for your order to process before being picked up by the shipper. Please consider our shipping and handling times in your overall delivery time.  We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner through our shipping partners but once your order leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for the package. To find out more information on where your order is please use the tracking number we provided in the confirmation email.
