We cannot provide a return label for international shipping. Please use your own shipping method.
We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
Once your package is received at pursecase, the merchandise will be quality inspected. From there we will refund you.
If your return item does not pass quality expectations, a full refund can not be granted.
We do not offer an exchange policy at this time. If you have placed an order and you want to replace it with a different color or size please return the item and place a new order. Please follow the return policy above.

pursecase needs 1-2 business days for your order to process before being picked up by the shipper. Please consider our shipping and handling times in your overall delivery time. We will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner through our shipping partners but once your order leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for the package.
